HISTOLOGICAL FINDINGS OF INFECTIOUS COLITIS:
1.-No crypt disarray or distortion.
2.- Neutrophilic infiltration in crypts (cryptitis) and surface epithelium, sometimes microabscess
3.-Damage of epithelium.
